The usual superficial treatment of a complex issue! You may, or may not, know that the delta variant is much more infectious and has a much greater risk of breakthrough infection than earlier forms of the virus. This was not detected in the US until the 23 February, a few weeks befoe the CDC video you posted. Also vaccinations had only begun in December so by March only a tiny minority of the population had both doses. In the circumstances it is unlikely that the CDC had any clear evidence that breakthrough infections were occurring.
Oh and even if they did, what about the "lie after lie" assertion? Anything to back that up or does it just go into the "ridiculous things Blowin has said" folder? Nah, I'm only kidding. Who could keep up anyway?

It is certainly very clear now that current vaccines are not working sufficiently for the long term picture. I have mates in Melbourne in that exact situation I described, some were really struggling.
I was one of the lucky ones who live on the coast and could at least still get some water time, and it was still fucked!

It’s very hard to feel hopeful at this point . We must try to be strong though and keep believing it will be ok in the end.
Look after ourselves and our loved ones stay healthy and fit and try to not let anxiety take over . As that creates illness all of its own .Meditate , breathe ,spend a lot of time in nature. Follow heart and gut instinct .
