you don't have to be a conspiracy nutter to think china has an inter-generational plan to be the leaders of the world in some form or other, fuck even blindboy conceded that...

and you don't need to be a conspiracy nutter to think that china has scenario modelled what they'd do if a pandemic just happened to hit the world ...it'd be irresponsible of them not to...

they'd have a contingency plan for just about anything

they've got a heap of plans and irons in the fire, you guys have been hanging around the nativity set too long...

speaking of which, I was trying to stay away from you and your dogma viclocal, ...but since you prodded....

you sound just like the nyt writing everything off as conspiracy, the last few years haven't been kind to this position taken, its you, nyt, wapo, and cnn that are full of shit, endlessly, and just as dangerous as fox in your ridiculous positions taken

do you really think china has had nothing but good intentions through this pandemic?

you really think they've been sufficiently 'transparent'? as suggested by WHO?

you really think we'll be better off with china as our overlords rather than the US?

you really think the belt and road is a reasonable benevolant aid endeavour? (you are literally the only person I have ever (ever!!!) seen defend it)

straight answers please, no trump this, anerica that...

and try to not say conspiracy for at least a day or two...

JQ, your dedication/commitment to belief rather than fact is obvious. But i'm not surprised as your perception of fact (like everyone who switches on the tv or internet) has been distorted by those who control these platforms. Big time. Call me a tin foiler or conspiracy wanker, whatever, it's happening. Black salve, case in point. You're saying it doesn't work (from a held belief), I'm saying it does through direct experience. Who's right and who cares really about who's right. But its dangerous and a real loss to humanity when inexperienced know it all bafoons start shutting shit down when they really have have no idea what they are talking about and haven't put the time in to really research it, let alone get hands on. Sending peace and love to you BTW..

I'm saying they absolutely are Vic, but I mean its not just me saying it is it, its also the QLD Health Minister!? You watched that link yeah? I've also seen the US most senior health official (whatever they are called), say exactly the same thing. Why you would want to list any death as a COVID19 death even if at the time of dying and the actual cause was was dementia, cancer, heart failure, falling down the stairs etc... Why would you want to do that? I guess follow the beneficiary trail to answer that and in this case other than some smaller beneficiaries along the way, the major ones are way up the pecking order.. We're on the inside re-form shorey, they are way up the point way out of sight.

Are you serious Shortenism?
Apart from falling down the stairs (where did that happen again?), those medical conditions you mentioned are contributing to Covid19 fatalities.
If you have a reduced immune system due to cancer, Covid 19 is fucking deadly. Same too with the other conditions you mentioned. Did you not notice the deadly cluster at the oncology ward in Melbourne? Covid 19 makes some lung infections in cancer patients and high blood pressure in diabetics medically un-managible. That's a fucking reality, but you see it as a big conspiracy. Go burn a 5G tower ya muppet.

I missed any quotes from Andrew Bolt by Shortensim, but if he did quote him it would easily be the most credible person Shortensim has quoted, Bolt has a decent resume of working at main stream media Print, TV, Radio apparently he even worked for the Hawke government on two election campaigns.

Meanwhile Shortensim other people he quotes or point's too are random conspiracy theorist who sell books on all kinds of weird stuff or just random nobodies after 5 minutes of fame on YouTube.

Sypkan, when I said you were strawmanning, I was referring to the following from your post directed at viclocal (I'll assume you know what a strawman is):

'do you really think china has had nothing but good intentions through this pandemic?'

- I've not seen this in any of VicLocals comments. I do not believe this to be an argument he has done or is making.

'you really think they've been sufficiently 'transparent'? as suggested by WHO?'

- Again, I've not seen him say this.

'you really think we'll be better off with china as our overlords rather than the US?'

- And again, I've not seen him say this.

'you really think the belt and road is a reasonable benevolant aid endeavour? (you are literally the only person I have ever (ever!!!) seen defend it)'

- And yet again.

Now I haven't read all of VicLocals posts on here, but I've read a fair few. Fair play to you if you can show me where he's actually said this - but I think you are making it up. You WANT these to be his arguments.

Please recognise that disagreeing with your views does not mean someone holds the polar opposite views.

I'm no China apologist thanks Sypkan, I'd prefer not to get into the schoolyard crap if possible. But if you wanna fling faeces like a pack of slightly less evolved primates I can play along. I've got a pretty decent flinging arm...

@shortenism

You mean the end of the video?

The reality is when this Covid-19 thing blew up we didnt know that much about it, we just knew it was contagious and could be deadly, so we took precautions to prevent its spread.

Basically we used common sense and caution because we were dealing with the unknown, if we had not and just gone about life as we always have it would have been reckless and a complete disaster with huge numbers of infections and deaths.

The Irony is if this had happened, you would now be sharing videos about how all the worlds governments didn't do anything to prevent all the deaths because their aim was to reduce population or some other conspiracy theory.

Were we lied too?....no we just got told to take the most cautious approach possible because we didnt know as much as we would have liked, and we are still learning as we continue this journey.

Moving forward from here, what approach do we take?

I guess we wait and see, but expect there really isn't one right answer just opinions based on health, economic, politics etc and you can be certain some will agree some disagree on whatever step we take next, and im sure there will also be people like you with new conspiracy theories to explain whatever happens next.

shortenism Monday, 1 Jun 2020 at 9:45pm

Yeah Indo, for the record with however many billions on earth it would be no easy feat to maintain equilibrium and yeah obviously someone like the WHO says jump, any govt. is probably going to say how high.

However, said events have also led to many questions, particularly right up to the head, which of the WHO (where this all started) is Bill Gates who happens to be the wealthiest man on the planet a technocrat and avid supporter and owner of vaccine patents. So yeah, the people like me are well within their right to pause for a bit and question the motivation and macro agenda behind all this forced lock down and continual referral to shit not going back to normal until a vaccine.. Any man with half a brain is going to be seriously questioning the conflicts. Maybe that is the auditor in me..

Back to Oz, we know our Govt. Scomo and his mates tend to associate in secret societies like the FreeMason DeMalay and we know all sorts of shit has gone down recently but you wont see it in the media. How about good ol robodebt for a start, which recalled $721M from welfare recipients illegally and erroneously (it was an algorithmic model, which incorrectly served over 900,000 debt letters). In its first 18 months almost 778 punters under the age of 45 who received a letter died! I wonder what was on their death certificate Vic? Robodebt?? I mean it likely contributed to their death? Scomo and his mates touted a huge saving from Robodebt ~$2.9B. Again its been recently deemed illegal via a class action law suite. See that one on Channel 7? Coincidentally at the other end of town some of Scomo's earlier work as Treasurer has seen some of the largest fossil fuel companies in the world avoid hundreds of millions of dollars of tax payments here.

Have a look at the membership of the COVID-19 Comission in Australia. Catherine Tanna Energy Australia's Managing Director. Scomo said he asked her 'to step up and serve her country' during the pandemic, meanwhile over 4 years Energy Australia now owned by China banked of $30 billion of revenue and didn't pay a single cent in tax. Step up for your country?? Don't get me started on Pell...

And the media... Crickets.. What does that tell u. And this is just Australia.

So yeah again, any reasonable person confronted with what we are at the moment who digs around a bit is going to be asking some questions and challenging the status quo. You can call it tin foiling or a conspiracy all day long but in my experience where there is smoke there is fire.

I thought it was a good investigation in all aspects except for the smoking gun to Trump. Many of his colleagues and cohort were found complicit, which should lead people to be, at the very least, suspicious of Trump's involvement.

Saying it's proof of his innocence is naivety in the first degree. Impartial minds should have alarm bells ringing.

In any case, the Russia story has a tighter causal line than many topical stories that rely on enormous leaps of ideological faith to reach a 'conclusion'.

Despite zero action by Trump which is partisan towards Russia . Despite an ever expanding exposure of the lies , falsehoods and bullshit which was behind the entire narrative . Two years of unlimited powers and money investigating the Russiagate hoax and not a shred of proof .

And you’re also saying you don’t believe in conspiracy theories ?

Sorry , mate. You can’t have it both ways.

Unless you are satisfied when someone who doubts the official 9/11 narrative says that there’s no absolute proof that it wasn’t perpetrated by Israel / Inside job / martians. That you concede that anyone with an impartial mind should be suspicious.

Its typical media Joey, create division by labeling a co-hort... Conspiracy Theorist, Black, White, Left, Right Anti-Vaxxer, Pro Choice yibida yibida.

If you take a few steps up the personal 'values hierarchy', ultimately you find we all value similar things, love, health, safety, community, prosperity, nature, peace etc.

You have to ask the question, why would the ABC be putting out this kind of content/advice. It should have been labelled "We're shit scared of people waking up, because empowerment of the individual dissolves the central control agenda of our masters - Please for our sake don't take any notice of an alternative view to what we tell you..... Did we say it can be dangerous" Then bring in some PhD from a Govt funded Uni to back it up and get his name in the paper..

I had a cup of tea with someone who didnt eat food for 45 days last weekend and struggled to come back onto it. They are in their 60's, swim a km a day open water and comfortably retired with a large family. They told me of someone they know who hasn't eaten food for years. Mind bender? There are so many things that seem so outrageous and impossible based on a long legacy of institutional conditioning.

You might thank the 5G movement one day Joey. I mean what effect is it having on you that many millions of people from all walks of life are researching it and questioning aspects of it, suggesting a slowing down of a mass roll-out until more info comes to bear. What's the rush?

Blowin's picture

No , mate.

The China virus nomenclature isn’t a distraction by Trump. Quite the inverse. It’s the attempt to distract from China’s culpability, by ensuring the traditional geographic reference within the name of the virus was completely abolished , which is the reason for the determined focus on China being associated with the virus.

I’m not Trump. My interest in perpetuating Chinese involvement in the viral spread aligns with Trump’s but it is independent.

Haven’t you read about the evidence which has emerged regarding the WHO being sidelined by China and then hiding the fact ? China is responsible for the severity of global suffering. This should not be swept under the carpet by institutionalised corruption.

Even if China want the aggressive, totalitarian shitbaggery it is , it should still be held accountable for its malicious and self interested response to a threat to world health.

That’s why it’s called Wuflu , China virus etc. Nothing to do with US domestic politics.
