But what was the advice / alternatives to treat the illness? Bugger all info at all at the time and doctors who suggested out of the box treatments were threatened with de rego. It’s mellowed now and it’s great to see the elderly out and about more but I can guarantee there’s still a considerable amount who will live out the rest of lives locked in doors such was the amount of fear mongering coming from the tvs and radio.
It’s quiet clear now that the abuse or desensitisation of the elder has been going on way before COVID came around.
