Victorian roadside Killer Virus Testing (A Team)
https://www.straitstimes.com/sites/default/files/styles/article_pictrure...

Vic's Thunderbird 2 - Herb Testing Fleet.

Vics need a bit of sandpaper to square up the Test Series.
Simply re- label Coronavirus a drug, then Govt would get serious!

So what's really going on! We all know Vic Health is outta the frame...

Just so you know, these Vic tests are being run by +Hot Doc (Ancestry.com)
Firstly PM is insisting all should be tested.
Note they're trialling Spit tests! Despite their poor viral accuracy 87%
It's the only way that Ancestry.com can get the Kidz DNA...
+Hot Doc will actually run any Tests ...Nasal / Throat / Saliva...
Whatever it takes to get your DNA. They don't care for your Coronavirus thingy.
Partly the reason why Vics are dropping like flies...Just the DNA thanx.

+Hot Doc is not Vic Health & Test gives Ancestry.com access to "My Health Records"
Recall Lib Govt swore Covid Tests & My Health are Secure...They're anything but!
The testing standard is poor because Ancestry.com is not a Health Provider.
They're simply Scomo's favoured on sell client for Pandemic services.
See for yourselves...

Anyone else appreciating the perfect microcosm of modern neoliberalism displayed by the way the Victorian economy is once more sidelined to the tune of billions of dollars, due to the use of scabby, underpaid labour hire companies gifted a “ jobs for the boys “ government contract ?

Save $5/hour more on getting security who give a fuck / can speak English / Can be trusted

Or

Thanx Blowin...think tbb just dug a hole to China & back...(Really!)

Please pardon the rough & ready Covid -19 account as it's news to me too.

Covid-19 Testing is fastracking the Abolition of Medicare / Obamacare...

Rupert Murdoch's tell all to Kochie.
Wish #1 Abolish Taxes
Wish #2 Abolition of Medicare
Wish #3 Oppose any Health System that finances Abortions

US Version...
Henry Kissinger, George Schultz, Sec' Defence, Wallmart, Murdoch, Ancestry.com...
All invest in non governmental corporate DNA / blood harvesting of souls.
This is the cheapest & easiest way to gain DNA records of all world citizens.
More importantly by Exploiting (My Gen / My Blood banks) Bypasses Obamacare.

All invested in Theranos (Non Pathological Portable 'Blood Prick' / DNA).
All claim it's for My Gen ownership of blood results...(That's the Mobster's ruse!)
Random little Prick opens Govt Patient Files to 'cross reference' for Health Plans.

Portable Analyzers were a dud & Comp used standard gear & got sued for fraud.
Rupert blew a cool $164m + Ancestry crossed ocean to now feast on our blood.

Now! Before you think Rupert was mad...
2020 Only Australian Emergency patients (3-6%) received Fed /State Health Care.
Most patients were/are serviced by Privately owned GP's / Dentists / Chemists...
So in all fairness give Rupert some credit for helping Scomo obliterate Medicare.

2019 (Govt/State Medicare Services) > 2020 Private Health Services.
New providers have no qualifications & do away with Results, Studies, Peer Papers.

*{ Medicare Card } Was replaced by Forehead Zappers. (No Telehealth swipe)
It is slowly coming back into service thru dodgy add on card readers.

*[ Telehealth ] Not Medicare, Not Telstra (Govt funded $150m Lib CEO's Tea Party).
This service was mandatory mid crisis & still is for most "My Health" practices.
Prescriptions are faxed/copied by 40 Telehealth mobs to Chemist (Not by Patient).
All Mobsters are free to access "My Health Records" & Your Doctors Conversations.
(China boasts 30% of Medicare Pathology Tests before & thru coronavirus)

*COVIDSafe App (100% Virus Testing is thru +Hot Doc > Ancestry.com/Bitcoin)
This would be #1 reason State Public Health Units avoid COVIDSafe tracing app.
To date! States all say 0% trace...(About 30 bites but all were covered by teams)
US firms attached to Amazon (about 80) share app info on friends / pings / results.
Equal amount that access Freedom of Info on Regular Basis (Unis,Councils etc)
This dud app no doubt led to Govt [ Mandatory Testing ] to reconfigure set quota.

*Australian Entry (Mandatory DNA Swabs thru +Hot Doc > Ancestry.com/Bitcoin)
Untrained hands probing little Kid's mouths. (Maybe Deepest Blue Card for that?)
PM: "Kids refusing Pedos DNA probe will be jailed for 24 days."
NSW introduced the extra 10 days quarantine as a threat to get Kids to Man Up.
Sun' 28th Vic [ Spit Vile ] Unlocks Kid's DNA + saves on extra 10 days Hotel Costs.
(Vic / NSW pays for Hospital Quarantine) v (Qld no swab > extra 10 days = $2,000)
Note: [ Vic's Spit Vile ] Also saves on Protective Clothing & cheaper pop-up ring ins.
Swabs / Nasal Flossing / Spit Collection gets crooks into My Health-DNA bank.

*COVID-19 (Vaccine Trial) is thru Rupert Murdoch's 'Brace' blood harvesting
Rupert is infecting 10,000 Govt health nurses to wipe out Medicare. (His Words)
https://www.mcri.edu.au/BRACE

Public vs Private Fiasco
Private wanted in on the Covid Patients...only they weren't equipped.
WA Artania Passengers were carted from one hotel to another.
1st Private Hospital, then another & another & yet another...
Private Staff weren't as keen & demanded a mask or shower cap or something.
One Patient died then 81 cases followed from Artania alone.
Health Minister Greg Hunt championed the (World 1st Health Union a success)

Miners + (Important DNA test info)
Some Qld / SA use State Testing- others WA "Sonic" Goldschmidt. $10 billionaire
9 months ago tbb's DNA Test was sent to WA (Doc: You'll wait years for a result!)
Oz #1 Sonic WA DNA goes to Germany (Bioscientia) soon (Sonic) DNA in USA
East Coast Oz [ DNA ] blood goes to WA > Germany > WA > Oz East Coast.

Interesting that last 5 years all are investing huge in [ DNA ].

(Private Health Commissioner)
Twiggy: Lib MP ? [Class Warfare Card] (Prohibits 1st Nation right to self provide.)
April -Twiggy buys 90 tonnes of Chinese (BGI) Covid gear / ventilators / meds?

States have #1 Public Health Units & Testing.(Never asked for new tech or Apps).

April Twiggy Pays $325m (Repaid by Govt) for 10 million (BGI) Covid Test Kits.
6 Chinese set up 11 machines around the Country for 2020 Oz Covid testing
Rumours are these $325m (Kits are defective)...30% accuracy.
Some Euro Standard Parts were dumped > Aussie parts replaced for compliance.
To date only Victoria will risk using Twiggy's Govt $325m (BGI) RT-PCR Toy Set.
It is possible that Govt permitted Private "+Hot Doc" to set up National Vic Base?

Lib Govt Ministerial Covid Rorts...
Fed Govt buys 500,000 Covid-19 anti-body test kits from Promedical.
Company is run by convicted rapist & ex business partner of Stuart Robert
Promedical was fined by TGA for not having approval to sell medical items.

* Prisons (Public & Private) Scomo's Hillsong & God Squad run Psych'/ Blood Tests.
Harnessed for Australian President Brian's Pentecostal Blood Lust Sacrifices.

Non Govt Health "Security" [ DNA Swabs ]
*Police : Roadside Drug Test Swabs are checked against [ DNA Base ]
*Festivals :Goodlife Under 18 [ DNA Swabs ] Entry/Random+(1 in 10 Kiddie swabs)
Gudinski [DNA Tests] Are not a Fed Health Study....Pedo swabs are the new norm.
https://goodlifepresents.com.au/id-info/

Rules are changing...(Many here ask for Big Brother examples) Here Today!
Dismantling of Medicare > $1billion Lib mate's rorts on dodgy useless medical gear.
Qld: "Mandatory Child DNA Probe by Pedos or Child pays $780 for 24 days Lockdown.
Not sure what crew regards as suss...but tbb reckons we stand & fight this evil.

I'm going to put it out there. Victoria's high infection numbers are mainly due to highly unprofessional security guards at quarantine hotels.
Getting this outbreak under control is made so much more difficult due to the completely useless Covidsafe App and the fact 10,000 people have refused testing. Many of the refuseniks are moronic conspiracy theorists.
That's why there should be zero tolerance for celebrity chefs and instagram influencers who push bullshit theories about the virus. They need to be called out for their dangerous idiocy.

"I'm going to put it out there. Victoria's high infection numbers are mainly due to highly unprofessional security guards at quarantine hotels."

so you are saying that dan andrews totally fucked up engaging the neoliberal version of rent-a-cop?

...rather than taking the quarratine process seriously, and engaging the military or health department, to give the process the means and knowledge for it to be done properly, as it needs to be done, as we are seeing, and as suggested by a commentor on abc yesterday...

"Getting this outbreak under control is made so much more difficult due to the completely useless Covidsafe App and the fact 10,000 people have refused testing. Many of the refuseniks are moronic conspiracy theorists."

'many' may be conspiracy theorists, but most definitely not all, not even close actually. if we're gonna point fingers at cohorts, you could at least look at the top 3 cohorts of refusers say... and break it down for us... for context and shit...

but nah, that'd be too uncomfortable

ha ha how on earth does the app make things more difficult?

What a silly thing to say, It's only an additional tool, it can only help.

Only one reason it hasn't been of much use is because it only registers those using it and only registers those that have been in contact with you for from memory 20 minutes or was it 30minutes?

As we pointed out when it was released in the Covid app thread, that is pretty silly, it should register every person you come in contact with be it one second or hours.

Only takes a few seconds to spread the virus, etc sharing a cigarette lighter for instance

I wonder if they can readjust it to work for a much shorter time span?

You would expect so, but the legal things might be the hurdle (conditions people signed up for)

I totally wouldn't underestimate the allowing the protest factor.

Pretty hard to take any restrictions seriously when people saw tens of thousands of people out on the streets, when a few weeks earlier we couldn't even go fishing on a beach alone.

14:59 too long..

I don't see it as a fuck up, i just see it as the first phase in an evolution, you have to start somewhere if we don't get a vaccine, only realistic way to control things is with an app.

It's just crazy to have to try to contact trace manually, no body can remember everywhere they have been and who they might have come in contact with.

Vic Local's picture
Vic Local's picture
Vic Local Friday, 3 Jul 2020 at 8:14pm

"ha ha how on earth does the app make things more difficult?"
Time is critical in fighting this virus. A hell of a lot of time, training, and resources were pumped into the app and it's failed spectacularly. The app was supposed to be crucial in the track and trace phase. Authorities are now scrambling to find a new system, and they now have to go to each case and work out who they may have come into contact with. That takes time and there are gaps.
Kiwis were told to keep a diary of contacts. We trusted the app. Guess who can track and trace better.
The utter failure of the covidsafe app is a major problem. Having said that, the state government has had a shocker trusting a security company with quarantine. The security company has also put it's staff and general public at risk, and if the accusations of ghosting are true, they've ripped off the taxpayer too.
My livelihood relies on the economy reopening, so I'm livid at the 10,000 selfish fuckers refusing to get tested. Bunch of arsewipe Karens and kens who think they are more important than everyone else.

But, I'm kinda lucky. Touch wood, I've weathered this storm quite well. I'm just pissed I'm entitled to 'borrow' the money I've lost at no interest and with an eight year grace period before i have to pay it back. Why on earth would I borrow back money I never received in the first place?

The app pings 150 in yer break, but records those in next cubicles, maybe! Huh!
But app failed to detect 299,850 covid Hot Spot cross touches over 3 hours .
The Security cams zooms in on Hot Spots to clock 250,000 but won't do the dunny.

I remember back in April when we (NZ) went into full lockdown. No surfing, fishing, hunting, boating, hairdressing, unnecessary car trips etc allowed. Basically stay in your home and walk round the block if you need to exercise. Most people here could see the logic behind this move, but there were some fairly vocal people who were saying we should be doing it more like Australia. Well they’re farken’ quiet now. Life here has returned basically to normal other than you can’t go on an overseas holiday. Everything is open without restriction. No social distancing required.
It’s a strange feeling sitting here living my normal life In our isolated corner of the globe while the rest of the work burns.
The funny thing is that most people are now taking fondly of the lockdown. It was a time to reset and enjoy a slower pace of life. There was basically no traffic on the roads. Families were going for walks around the neighbourhood, saying hello to their neighbours on the way. Most people felt like they were part of a worthwhile national effort. It felt good to unite as a nation and attempt to defeat a common foe.

Sure it was a desperate time for many businesses but overall it was something that just had to be done. Ye-gods I’m glad we’re not living like they are in that giant cluster fuck in the US.

I might end up having to eat my words at some stage, but at the moment life is good in the shaky isles.

The bottom line though is that both Australia and New Zealand are well governed when compared to most other countries. @Spuddups

Victoria had the strictest lockdowns in Australia while other states could still do things like go fishing or play golf camping etc we couldn't, surfing was the rare exception.

Now Victoria has the biggest outbreak 114 new cases today.

So where did we go wrong?

Personally i think its pretty clear that allowing the protest to go ahead fucked us over, yeah sure it seems we escaped an actual outbreak from it (i think only a couple cases from those that attended)

But the hypocrisy and mixed messaging had a huge effect, people just went fuck that, if 10K people can hit the streets, im going to do what i like.

6 June were the protest and on that day there was only 2 new cases, two weeks latter on the 20th there was 26 new cases and been going up ever since.

Really cant see people taking any further lock downs seriously, people just seem over it now, hardly anyone is social distancing anymore, even the X in lines at shops are now ignored.

At least your PM has now done one decent thing, having a population smaller than Melbourne spread out over two large islands certainly doesn't hurt though.

So let me get this straight Indo. The BLM protests caused everyone to drop their guard, but the anti 5G nutters protesting the week before didn't.
And of course, you're not going to mention the endless bleating by the Victorian opposition about lockdown laws being too tough. That didn't cause people to drop their guard at all??
We know why this wave happened and it's got FA to do with BLM. If your theory had any credibility, there'd be outbreaks in every location where there were BLM protests, Where are the outbreaks in Brisbane, Cairns, WA, Sydney etc etc etc? I reckon most people can see through your political opportunism.

indo-dreaming's picture
indo-dreaming's picture

The message from media and Dan Andrews on both protest was very different, 5G protest was covered in a negative light by all media, breaking restrictions and most people agree they are a bunch of nutters, Dan Andrews message was clear in condemning them for protesting.

Only about 100 turned up and 10 got arrested

https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2020/may/10/ten-arrested-and-...

Meanwhile Black life protest didn't get the negative press and although Dan Andrews said don't go, it was a very weak message, it should have been it doesn't matter what the protest is for, if you go you risk getting arrested, and police should have done random arrest.

The turn out was over 10K and believe only organisers got fined. (if arrest were at the same ratio as 5G nutters we would have seen 1,000 arrest)

The only reason he and police went soft on the protest was the subject matter of the protest, if it was anything else it would have been dealt with differently.

Dan Andrews was clearly going hard with his approach to the whole Covid-19 thing trying to ensure Victoria got the best result possible obviously looking for political points, but ironically he fucked up at the final hurdle, sending very mixed messages.

Im sure every state with protest had the same effect we had of people getting slack after the protest, but the states with the highest populations Vic & NSW were always going to be at more risk.

Maybe it was bad luck or maybe we had more of a fuck this attitude because our restrictions had been stricter.

Anyway its done now, personally i think we can all learn a lesson that if you do something do it properly, doest matter if you go hard early if you don't finish the job properly you are not going to get reward for all the early effort.

We had BLM protests here. I think there were about 2000 at the one in Auckland. Fortunately that was after 5 weeks of total lockdown so by that time the pandemic had basically been beaten.

My feeling is that the situation in Victoria is probably more complicated than in NZ. For starters it’s just a lot more difficult locking down a city of four million than -as someone has pointed out- a country of five million spread out over two relatively sparsely populated islands 2000km from anywhere else. We have had a few cock-ups with quarantining of arrivals into the county; in one case two women who were later tested positive were allowed to drive from Auckland to Wellington and visit friends and family on compassionate grounds. Fark knows how we got away with that. Much harder to get away with stuff like that in a metropolis like Melbourne.
Anyway, I hope they get things under control over there soon.

"Admit it Indo Jacinta Ardern is doing a fantastic job."

With this Covid-19 thing, yes she had done a good job, but like i said with NZ population of 4.8 million it was always going to be a lot easier than Australia with a population of 25 million (two cities with populations lager than NZ), not to mention all the complexity of 6 states & two territories and 5 times as many intentional airports.

Same goes for larger countries like USA obviously doing terrible but realistically all those larger countries were always going to have a much much harder job than we have.

On a world scale both Aust and NZ have done well, a few weeks ago our per million stats were slightly better than NZ but now with our cases still rising they are slightly worse.

Infections
NZ=306
Aust=328

Deaths

NZ=4
Aust=4

Expect out death rate will hit 5 at some stage, but still that is pretty low UK seems the highest 650 per one million people USA=399 Indonesia=11.

Not just some waves but the best ever waves...thanx Vic..Rip Snorta Sacrifice!
SA scores world's longest right point break & NSW got the super long left point.
+ Oz scored more surf breaks without them...so we're pretending this is bad right?

Good on ya Indo, she has done a great job helped also by the willingness of the NZ public to do the right thing. Kiwis are a great bunch, I love going there South Island in particular. You should do a trip there and see firsthand.

NZ has 18 people per infectious habitable (SD) km2 (Wiki)
OZ has 3 people per infectious habitable (SD) km2 (Wiki)
NZ has 6 x the habitable (Viral) (SD) population risk.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_real_population_densi...

Didn't forget the Ditch Bubble (SD) [ NZ = 2m ] vs [ OZ = 1.5m ] Crazy 25% risk!

NZ 6x more pop/km2 minus 25% OZ crazy risk (0.5m) = 4.5 x more viral (SD) pop/km2

Thanx indo-dreaming for stats...
Oz figures would need to be multiplied 4.5 x to reflect NZ cramped quarters.
Note: Stats are similar so clearly NZ performed 4.5 x better than OZ.
tbb swears he's not seen any fairer Covid (SD) maths, happy to be proved wrong.
Density counts equally track other diseases & crops, so why not this virus?

Oz grows tired of saluting 4.5x better NZ PM Jacinta Ardern.

As if by magic tbb just made Scomo's Polls Skyrocket ** STaRShots * *

Hey Guy, the feeling’s mutual. I like Australians. Unfortunately for us we can’t do our annual family winter trip to Northern NSW this year so we’re heading to Queenstown. Most Kiwis don’t even consider the place as it’s fairly expensive. I would recommend a visit to the South Island for you guys aye. The scenery is something you won’t find in Australia. Big mountains with permanent snow and ice. Glaciers, Fjords. That sort of thing. Of course in the North Island has active volcanoes and geothermal fields. Australia has better surf, but there’s a few spots worth a visit here.

Since I think Im the only one here on the continent ATM can I just say how good it it has been in the Greek Islands since our arrival in early June.
There are hardly any tourists (Greek mainly), so we can negotiate cheaper car rental, accomodation, boat hire, etc.
It's like being here 30 years ago!
F/all traffic and secluded beaches everywhere.
Plus their supermarket produce is generally superior and definitely cheaper than Oz too!.
Restaurants that are open are good value and quality. Much more friendly staff.
However there are guidelines in these places re numbers, face masks, social distancing, etc which everyone respects.
These people understand that the economy must continue especially over the summer season.
Wish you were here...not! ;-))

Though there was no mention of specifics regarding the surf , Danny Zuko apparently had a ripper of a summer at the beach. He met a girl swimming by , she got a cramp and nearly drowned. He saved her life and was rewarded under the dock.

Oh , wait .....wrong Grease.

My apologies.
