There's no let up to the fronts and large, windy swells due until late next week. There's one day before then that'll be OK.

We'll see westerly swell energy becoming the more dominant swell source from later today, continuing through all of next week with tricky winds for the Mid Coast.
Make the most of the swell today as the outlook for the coming period is very slow and average.
As such we'll see surf size ease over the coming days but it should still be pretty punchy on Tuesday.
The trough block is slowly pushing eastwards under the influence of a regional frontal progression.
