If ANY person punches someone, the best defence is trying to diffuse the situation in a non violent way, retreat and even run away. If non violence and a pacifist attempt to avoid further violence does not work..and the initial assaulter continues with physical force and aggression…irrespective of their sex..force and aggression should be given back. If it's a woman and she gets smacked as hard as possible right in her face, end of her nose, breaking it and spreading it over her face…tough.

It was sectioning because of east swell but you could get in 4-5 good pumps before closing out . Couldn’t do a fourth day at snapper as it does ya head in . Also surfed D-bar wall with a handful of guys, some good overhead drops and poundings to be had . I’ve pretty much surfed everyday for nearly 2 weeks, some first light surfs with 100 others hahaha some with a handful.
