There are a few swells to work through this period but winds are the main issue, either strong and gusty or tricky as per tomorrow.
The weekend looks fun and pleasant with light, variable winds for the mornings and workable waves. Early next week will also be decent with a better swell mid-week though with dicey winds.
A reprieve from the onshore winds for the coming period with fun options on the exposed beaches across the state.
Gusty S/SE winds will dominate the rest of the week, though it’ll actually originate from a second change currently pushing into Southern NSW (this afternoon’s change was associated with a local trough).
Moderate to fresh S/SE winds will create average surf conditions for the next few days.
After a run of fun surf, the swell and surf potential for this period is very limited.
A strong SW groundswell is due to peak tomorrow morning, though winds are a touch dicey. It'll be workable and cleaner conditions are due as the swell eases.
Today's swell will ease steadily, with smaller energy to follow along with less favourable winds, so make the most of it.
The coming large swell will be mostly spoilt by onshore winds, but we've got a better outlook for the weekend with lighter, morning winds.
