I’ve highlighted this small east swell up front because it’ll favour SE Qld beaches, and also because Northern NSW has a much more interesting southerly swell on the way too, which won’t get north of the border. More in the Forecaster Notes.

A couple of tricky and not overly well aligned S'ly swells with more reliable N/NE swell to follow.
Solid surf over the coming days with a peak in large SW groundswell, with plenty more surf for the weekend.
A new pulse of large swell this afternoon will ease over the coming days as winds slowly deteriorate, but there'll be options.

The coming period will be great to excellent across all locations at stages with size for the reefs and good beachy waves to follow.
