Make the most of the early morning session for peaky northeasterly swells to finish up the week. We are due a for a fresh pulse of southerly groundswell on Monday, holding throughout Tuesday morning in the 3ft range, possibly bigger.
Strong but inconsistent and onshore swell tomorrow, cleaner around Perth Friday morning. Good and similar sized SW and W/SW swells for Saturday and Monday respectively with favourable winds.
Clean fun waves across exposed spots down South tomorrow, onshore into Friday and Saturday. Strong new swell Sunday with favourable winds for both coasts, best on the Mid.
Fun new swell with N'ly winds tomorrow, similar Friday and Saturday with early light winds. Good new W/SW swell for Sunday but with increasing onshore winds, cleaner Monday.
Strong, long-period SW groundswell for later Thursday and Friday but with poor S/SE winds. Swell easing into weekend, with a fun S/SW swell for next Wednesday.
Easing surf over the coming days, ahead of a strong but very inconsistent SW swell later in the week as the trades weaken. Fun swells into next week.
Somewhere in the middle - a few hours prior to the change’s arrival - there may be a period of light variable winds as the trough slides across the coast but with only a small inconsistent southerly groundswell at the swell magnets, a minor level of trade swell and a small N’ly windswell in the water, I wouldn’t spend too much time chasing waves.
