A good to great weekend of waves on the way with a new swell, poor into early-mid next week as mid-latitude fronts push into us.

After the great run of surf this week, the weekend will be smaller but fun working a couple of new swells. Next week looks mostly average.

Our current southerly change will clear to the north overnight, leaving most regions with light variable winds on Thursday. The only exception is the Hunter coast (north from Sydney). More in the Forecaster Notes.

Fun and easing surf over the coming days ahead of a renewal in swell for the weekend, though winds are dicey.
