Winds from the north over the coming days with great conditions and easing surf. Picking back up again late week but the local winds look poor.

Synoptically speaking, Saturday will mark a somewhat low point between this week’s windy conditions, and a fresh run of S/SE gales throughout the region. More in the Forecaster Notes.
Not much to work on this period but there will be waves on the weekend for the keen.
The outlook for next week has been quite up and down over the last few days, but we now appear to be consolidating towards a firm trend regarding the (yet to be named) tropical cyclone in the Coral Sea. more in the Forecaster Notes.
A bit of swell for the weekend but not the cleanest. Improving into next week with a new swell.
Make the most of today and tomorrow as the outlook beyond is average to poor.
Nothing on the cards for the Mid, but after a poor weekend the South Coast will offer improving options into early next week.
After the great couple of days on the beaches, the weekend will take a turn for the worse. Better surf opening up into next week.
