Harris had better write her first speech as President .

Another thing for Biden to worry about . Poor old chap .

Emails from Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop, obtained by DailyMail.com, reveal Joe and Hunter shared bank accounts and paid each other's bills
The president have may have inadvertently funded his son's 2018 drug and prostitution binge
Emails between Hunter and Eric Schwerin, his business partner at consultancy Rosemont Seneca, show Schwerin was working on Joe's taxes
The claim raises serious questions about whether funds from the joint accounts were used for Hunter's May 2018 week-long bender with a prostitute
Last December, Hunter admitted in a public statement that he was under federal investigation over his tax affairs
A former federal prosecutor tells DailyMail.com that if money was flowing between Hunter and his father, that could make Joe a target of the probe
The FBI and IRS probe is reportedly also looking into Hunter's foreign business relationships and the potential for money laundering charges .

Just read this . Harris will do a video like in the past .

"Get Curious with Vice President Harris" was tweeted by the VP's account on October 7 to celebrate World Space Week. "

"The video portrayed the children as regular kids - however it has been revealed that they were all paid actors who auditioned for the part by submitting a monologue and questions they would ask a world leader, according to the Daily Mail, which notes that the Washington Examiner revealed the production company; 'Sinking Ship Entertainment' out of Canada."

The Democrats should be based in Disneyland ! Fantasy Land .

The point of the Pence vice presidency was to position himself for the presidency in the event of a Trump implosion.
A nod to the MAGAers and a wink to the east coast salon set. Alas it was all for nought. His one significant act, which cast him in a redemptive halo or in the dark cloak of a supervillain, was to certify the 2020 election. A hitherto unremarkable and unremarked upon piece of parliamentary procedure, which indicates the extent to which the veneer of nobility has been erased from America's venerable political institutions.

Just like everyone else on the left . It is always the SIDE that counts . Look at how the media is having a go at the new NSW premier for his religious convictions . Do they have a go at Penny Wong due to her religious views ? No .

How pathetic and predictable . To me , I am always interested in applying the same set of principles and actions to BOTH sides . Everyone has to be help to account . Both sides make good and bad decisions .

I guess when your VP is there because of gender and race being the main criteria rather than ability and ability. Harris really appears out of her depth in all things. Future President?….probably not.

Kamala Harris has law degrees from Howard and UC Hastings. She worked in various DA's offices, was elected DA of SF, then was twice elected AG of California, before being elected to the US Senate in 2016 where she took a range of moderately progressive policy positions and was noted for her forensic questioning in Senate committees.

She must now wish that someone had told her early on not to bother with all that hard work because all that mattered was her race and gender.

She's much like the rest of them, more competent than many probably, but lacking charisma.

And with conjecture over Biden's competency, her vice presidency is similar to that of Pence. Don't get mired in controversy, deflect questions on subjects like her main gig - the border, avoid as much as possible being associated with anything with the whiff of failure, and wait and see...

"And with conjecture over Biden's competency, her vice presidency is similar to that of Pence. Don't get mired in controversy, deflect questions on subjects like her main gig - the border, avoid as much as possible being associated with anything with the whiff of failure, and wait and see..."

but that's not really working out for her...

despite her obvious competence in some fields, i can't see her ever being president, something just doesn't click with her

maybe she just has a chronic case of imposter syndrome...

exaccerbated by the democrats recycling her from the trashcan of the presidential nominee race

tbh, I think it is the democrat party that has the problem, their whole schtik is so contrived, 'proessional', and as a result, false... most people just see straight through it... this is compounded by identity politics basically becoming their all consuming ideology...

hilary clinton, kamala harris, and even big joe... were all there mainly for reasons beyond any competence... ffs the democrat party even admit, it's all they ever talk about...

it worked with obama, because he was incredibly competent and likeable, since then it's just been a huge failure...

obama really did so so much damage to the media / democrat ecosystem... and it was nothing of his own doing...

Roker's picture
Roker's picture
Roker Wednesday, 13 Oct 2021 at 2:39pm

Race and gender might be new considerations when it comes to picking running mates, but politics not competency has always been the main criteria. Kennedy needed the southern democrats so he picked LBJ. Obama needed an avuncular, familiar figure to soften his novel and particular characteristics so he chose Biden.

Exhibit one must be Sarah Palin. A younger, female, anti-Hillary down home gal with McCain's maverick nature who would energise a growing socially conservative and evangelical movement within the party. You could see where he was coming from. They just forget to check whether she was even vaguely across any of the national or international policy issues of the day.

Uncle Dick Cheney is probably the only VP who exercised real power and influence. And look how that worked out.

If black face wasn’t so unacceptable they’d just paint Hillary mission brown, get her to tuck her dick between her legs and call it job done.

It must be so tempting for them to try it anyway. Wouldn’t surprise me if it ended in an intervention which found Hillary being forcibly removed from a sun bed after she’d locked herself in there for 48 hours.

Should political donations of this size be permitted ? I don't think so . Too much influence from one person .

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife gave nearly $420million to nonprofits that aided in the administration and infrastructure of the 2020 election, and heavily favored Democrat counties, according to a new report.

Zuckerberg, 37, and his wife Priscilla Chan, 36, donated $419.5million to The Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and The Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), which the report says was given with specific conditions.

Using the donations, both CTCL and CEIR sent funds to local governments to implement administrative practices, voting methods, data-sharing agreements, and outreach programs for the 2020 elections.

Why not? The political system is so venal, partisan and corrupted I reckon the nett effect is nil or negligible. One side cancels out the other. All sides of politics are at it, corporate lobbyists, special interest groups, media etc.

My sister had hep c for 30 years and couldn’t afford the new drugs when they arrived but found an organisation that helped her out by importing drugs from India . Quite clearly yes, those that claim to be anti fascist are clearly closer to fascist than 99.9% of others, using violence and intimidation to silence anyone who disagrees with the havoc, social disturbance & vandalism they cause, because hey in their mind everyone is a fascist FFS.

As for anyone waving swastikas around, if they were the only people Antifa attacked or tried to silence, we might only see them be active every few years, but thats not the people they try to silence or attack, everyone is a fascist in their deluded minds, include Trump including Biden or just anyone and everyone..

They even try to silence journalist who report on them and not just Andy Ngo a gay man of colour, they have also tried to silence and attack other journalist that report on them, recently it was a female journalist Maranie R. Staab who has even reported for the extremely left leaning Vice.

The history is kind of irrelevant the point is a name mean's jack shit, it's the actions of people that count.

Where are Antifa?

FFS dude do you live under a rock???

Antifa are extremely active in various parts of the USA, many areas of Portland including police department and state buildings first floors are still bordered up because the windows constant get smashed out.

Antifa are regularly active in various parts of the USA and in 2020 Active on a nightly basis, but were still causing issues before 2020.

But but the capitol, FFS, one event that got out of hand where still the majority were wondering around aimlessly taking selfies, compared to an organisation who's whole aim is to cause social unrest and do so on a regular basis and includes murders and buring down of police stations and public buildings.
