A fun swell for the Mid on the weekend with less than ideal conditions and winds for the South Coast. Much better swells and winds for the South Coast next week.
A flukey pulse of swell for tomorrow but with favourable winds, good into next week with a stronger swell event and plenty of options.
A gusty southerly change pushing up the Northern NSW coast overnight should be somewhere around Ballina at dawn, crossing the border mid-late morning and then reaching the Sunny Coast early-mid afternoon. Ahead of its arrival, winds should be light and variable. More in the Forecaster Notes.
An approaching trough will freshen northerly winds about most coasts on Saturday, before easing and swinging light NW on Sunday. So, the second half of the weekend will by far have the best conditions. More in the Forecaster Notes.

The coming outlook is great with plenty of large swell pulses and generally favourable winds.
