Not a great weekend for waves with mainly small southerly swells expected to become wind affected from the north.
Sunday morning is good along open beaches with a north/northeasterly swell building into the 3-4ft range, potentially bigger under workable winds. South facing beaches can look forward to a solid southerly groundswell due mid next week.
Fun S'ly groundswell tomorrow with N'ly tending strong NE winds, with a peaky NE windswell for Sunday. NE windswell easing Monday with offshore winds ahead of a SE change. Good potential for later next week.
Inconsistent SW swell for tomorrow with early offshores, easing Sunday. Onshore change Monday with building swell, peaking Tuesday out of the S/SW. Good fun SW swell to end the week as well.
Average tomorrow with onshores in the South West and no size to the north. Mix of swells Sunday with morning offshores, remaining clean in the South West Monday. Good strong long-period SW groundswell Wednesday with hopefully favourable winds.
Light winds but small swell tomorrow morning, fun Sunday morning with an easing swell and W/NW winds. Onshore and average through most of next week. Nothing for the Mid.
Small inconsistent SW swell building tomorrow with NE winds, easing Sunday with morning NW winds ahead of a change. Slow start to next week with an onshore change Monday morning and then possibly variable winds Tuesday. Cleaner into end of the week with no significant swell.
Building SW swell tomorrow, peaking Saturday but with S/SE winds, easing into the start of next week, with a stronger S/SW swell for Monday afternoon and Tuesday, and then follow up swell for Saturday week.
Very small tomorrow, with a new inconsistent SW groundswell for Saturday, easing back into Sunday with a better S/SW swell for Tuesday afternoon. Stronger S/SW groundswell on the cards for the following weekend.
As such the small reinforcing pulse expected later Thursday and into Friday will be a little smaller in size, and probably best suited to northern locations open to south swell.
