Nothing great at all this period with one decent window of conditions but with a really inconsistent long-range groundswell.

We’re looking at small lows developing along the trough line - one of which may evolve into an ECL - and these will display much stronger winds, and thus will generate larger waves heights across narrow regions. More in the Forecaster Notes.
Lots of swell and wind on the way though good options for savvy surfers.
Unfortunately nothing to recommend so try the East Coast notes for much more surfing potential.
Lots of swell coming from Sunday and with decent winds through the period opening up all locations.
Only a couple of flukey windows to surf a clean and OK wave this period. Not great at all and better for kite surfing.
The poor outlook kicks back in with strong onshore winds and junky swells for the weekend. A couple of small windows may develop next week.
