Andrew Crockett and Dick Hoole are currently selling mint condition back issues of The Australian Surfers Journal. Printed between 1998 and 2000 with Phil Jarratt at the helm they feature premium quality content with an Australian focus.

Says Phil of the Journal: "I wanted the Australian edition of The Surfer's Journal to echo its American parent in presenting entertaining and important articles about all aspects of the surfing experience in Australia and the region. We got off to a great start and I believe the 10 issues we produced included some of the finest work of our contemporary and emerging surf writers and photographers. Unfortunately we got forced out of the market by the downturn of the Australian dollar when our print bills were in USD, but I look back on that difficult period as one of great creativity and I'm proud of the legacy."

The articles are timeless, as all Surfer's Journal articles are, so if you'd like to secure copies please follow this link. They have a special with seven of the issues for $150.

That white issue with Greenough is my favourite.
