He does have a bit of a childish style that can grate a bit, but he's got some runs on the board and at great personal risk, not just from being sued but his house got firebombed.
He's ruffled some feathers that definitely needed plucking in his time.

Sounds great optimist but many councils can’t even fix potholes or keep up with landscaping. As many other public services they seem to be very top heavy and there’s hardly anyone to coordinate things on the ground.

This guy has a whole Legal Team , PR team to ensure that the company played by Strict Rules Set the by the ASX .

Here’s a minute albeit a trivial example.
One year ago I buy a light globe for my Ute from SuperCheao Auto. $14.95
Two weeks ago I buy exactly the same globe, the same brand from the same store, now $24.95.
A crappy spare for a car, Made in China goes up $10 in a year, what a joke.
This is happening right across the board, I use a lot of timber, don’t get me started, it’s gone up astronomically per lineal metre.
Retailers who claim they are not price gouging are liars.
The increase may not be to do with inflation, I don’t know, it appears to me that businesses are pegging back all the money they didn’t make during Covid times.
Cole’s & Woolies, they never get a cent off me. Scumbags.

loving 'engaged routine gsco', we'll get a little anarchism/socialism to temper your otherwise fine views yet - there are free-market commonalities, that benefit people instead of transactional parasites companies, especially in regionally specific, multi-faceted public policy models. It is just quite a bit harder.. but if we don't do the hard stuff now, we're heading for a confected popularism-sycophant like trump leading a combined force of the privileged and the disenfranchised to our ultimate demise.
