Java, Bali, Lombok, Sumbawa forecast by Craig Brokensha (issued Thursday April 10th)
Best Days: Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday onwards
This week and weekend (Apr 10 - 13)
A good pulse of S/SW groundswell Tuesday has slowly eased back over the last couple of days, but exposed spots haven't really dropped below 3-4ft into this morning.
We should see the swell backing off through this afternoon and further tomorrow under light to moderate W'ly winds, favouring slightly protected east facing breaks.
South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales by Ben Matson (issued Wednesday 9th April)
Best Days: Thurs: small leftovers at exposed beaches.
Recap: Bit of a mixed bag with wave heights falling a little short of expectations (size and strength). Still, 4ft waves were reported at most exposed spots on Tuesday with an easing trend evident today.
A slow drop in size since Monday has been seen across the coast and today it was again clean and tiny.
This week (Apr 9 - 11)
Tomorrow will remain tiny across Clifton and good for beginners, but a slight uptick in size and N'ly winds should offer some better options across exposed spots across the state during the morning.
Eastern Tasmania Forecast by Craig Brokensha (issued Wednesday 9th April)
Best Days: Possibly Friday
Recap
The weekend's and Monday's fun E'ly swell muscled up a touch into yesterday morning offering good clean 2-3ft waves across open beaches. This swell backed off into the afternoon though and further overnight leaving tiny surf into this morning.

South Australian Forecast (issued Wednesday 9th April)
Best Days: No good days, but if you have to surf, Sunday morning
Recap
After Monday's excellent afternoon of waves, Tuesday saw less size but good conditions continued down South with morning offshores ahead of weak sea breezes into the afternoon.
The Mid Coast became tiny but remained clean and glassy all day with light variable winds.
Victoria Forecast by Craig Brokensha (issued Monday 7th April)
Best Days: No good days
Recap
Tuesday was a smaller version of Monday with an easing swell from 2-3ft on the Surf Coast and 3-5ft on the Mornington Peninsula under morning N'ly winds, but these strengthened during the day as the swell continued to ease.
Friday's solid increase in swell dropped back through Saturday but the morning and early afternoon were good with offshores. Sunday was slow ahead of a slight kick in new swell and this has persisted at a small and inconsistent 2ft this morning across Clifton.
Winds were favourable during the morning but have since gone NE, opening up more exposed spots across the region.
