The surf will bottom out tomorrow morning but increase from there, with fun swells due from the afternoon through most of next week.
The coming days look poor with persistent gusty onshore winds and no quality surf. Conditions should improve next week but the swell will bottom out.
The end of the week will be poor ahead of a window of lighter winds Saturday, though with a sizey swell for the beaches.
Lots of swell due this weekend from both the Tasman Low, and the sub-tropical low south of Fiji. But we'll see good waves prior to then too.
The next round of swell will be acute from the south, sourced from W/SW gales exiting eastern Bass Strait from this evening onwards, in associated with the same change that rocketed across the coast this afternoon.
A prolonged, windy southerly swell is expected from Thursday through early next week.
The coming week looks poor with strong S winds and terrible conditions.
