Tiny swells to end the week, with an afternoon kick in windswell Saturday ahead of some stronger groundswell Sunday, followed by plenty more swell next week.
The prospects of surf are pretty underwhelming for the remainder of this week, however better indications are on the cards for the weekend and next week. Monday should see S'ly groundswell build to the 3-4ft mark, with a second pulse on Tuesday.
Strong SW tending S/SW swell filling in tomorrow, easing back quickly Friday under offshores. New swell kicking later Saturday, peaking early Sunday with offshores again, slow into next week.
Tiny but clean tomorrow and Friday morning down South with no decent swell, good W'ly swell for the Mid filling in Friday, backing off Saturday. Lots of swell next week for the South Coast but onshore for the most part besides Tuesday.
Small workable conditions east of Melbourne tomorrow and Friday morning before onshores hit with a strong swell building Sunday afternoon, followed by good pulses all next week.
A trough in the Northern Tasman Sea is working in conjunction with an advancing high pressure system in the southwest, to maintain a fresh SE fetch through the central Tasman. This is generating a new SE swell that’s due to arrive this evening, before easing in size throughout Tuesday.
A southerly gruondswell is likely to fill in on Tuesday, however only the most exposed south swell magnets will see the size. Breezes look to be light and offshore each morning leading to plenty of options for a small but workable wave.
Fun kick in SW swell tomorrow with good winds, fading into the rest of the week, with a small S/SE pulse Friday and then better SW groundswell Sunday/Monday.
New W/SW swell tomorrow morning but with only a slim chance of an early offshore before NW winds kick in. Onshore and building stormy swell Wednesday, easing from Thursday afternoon and cleaning up Friday while continuing to ease.
