What’s going to affect our surf much more prominently is a developing trough off the South Coast that’s expected to form a closed system during Thursday, possibly a Tasman Low (just an outside chance for an ECL now).
Less than ideal winds with a peak in S'ly groundswell tomorrow, cleaner and easing Friday with some fun E/NE swell to follow.
A large long-period SW groundswell is due tomorrow but winds will be average for Clifton, not that it will be handling the size. Better conditions as the swell eases into the weekend.
