A couple of swells this week before going quiet next week. Varying winds before the SE-S/SE trades kick back in from the weekend.

A slight lift in swell tomorrow with some better energy from later week as funky winds give back into trades.
In any case, large swells will persist into Tuesday (too big for most coasts) so you’l be better off leaving things until we see an easing in the size department and an abatement of wind speeds later this week throughout SE Qld.
I’ve never been one to simplify a forecast when a thesis will suffice, but the fact is that the surf outlook for this week is relatively straight forward, in a broad synoptic sense anyway.
Plenty of size over the coming days with options in northern corners before winds go offshore late week.
No real decent swell this week besides a flukey W'ly groundswell. More action from the weekend.
Good new swell building through tomorrow, easing Wednesday with windows of clean conditions. Onshore winds and stronger, larger swells developing later in the forecast period.
Building surf over the coming days, cleanest later week, with lots of swell from the weekend through the coming 1-1.5 weeks.
The surf will slowly increase from later tomorrow but be best late week though winds are still moving around a touch. Plenty of west swell from the weekend.
We’ve got a complex synoptic chart more reminiscent of February than October. But hey! I’ll take it anyway. Check the Forecaster Notes for more details.
