There's one window worth making the most of down South while the Mid Coast will see some tiny swell next week but it'll be mostly a tease.
Conditions will become cleaner on the weekend but the surf will drop in size and power. Next week looks mostly well below average.
If I were basing the outlook on model guidance alone, it'd be easy to assume that the peak of the swell had passed today and size would therefore ease steadily from tonight onwards. More in the Forecaster Notes.

A slow, flukey E/NE cyclone swell followed by a much more reliable and consistent N/NE swell.
There's some small, weak swell on the way to finish off the week though winds are far from ideal.
The coming days aren't too crash hot but there's been a slight upgrade in the swell due next week across the state. It'll be inconsistent but great quality.
It's not the greatest outlook, but if you set your expectations low there are some fun windows to pick at across the South Coast.
