A severe low will bring a rare and acute large W'ly groundswell but it'll be met with lots of wind. Plenty of swell to follow though mostly onshore.
A good new swell is expected tomorrow but winds will be.. windy. Following this it looks slow until later in the weekend.
Going on the swell trend in Southern NSW today - which managed 6ft sets in Sydney and 8ft bombs in Newcastle - there won’t be any shortage of south swell tomorrow. Though, the trend will be steadily down. More in the Forecaster Notes.

Lots of swell on the way from the west but with poor winds for the Mid Coast, cleaner down South but smallish.
