Watch: The dawn lines of Oma

More hypnotic than Peter Powers, more mesmerising than a lava lamp, it's Cyclone Oma filmed from above as the sun rises over Coolangatta. The relentless lines of swell, the ruler edged bank....oh, I could go on but words surely can't compete with these images.

That's the first time that song hasn't shitted me to tears. Every dog of a song has its day.

Upon first glance of your post, I read 'shitted' as 'shifted'.

Glad it's the former and not the latter.

Technical thing - this page isn't showing up on my swellnet homepage - either on phone (safari browser) or mac (firefox browser) even after refreshing. Latest WOTD is up on both though. The only way I can get to it is in the link in the comments. Glad I got here - unreal footage.

That's deliberate Jacko, as there was Oma overload happening on the homepage. People can access the page through the 'News' menu, by clicking on comments, or by the Facebook post of this video.
