Never one to use five words when ten will do, today Tim follows up his earlier Nazare video with part two.
The swell peaked overnight, so it's an early start for Tim and the surfers, all trying to capture the peak of the swell before the size gives way.
There's the usual Nazare mayhem and excitement, though the size (and shape) comes in a bit under expectation. Regardless, it's a fine start to the season.

The Narare thing is starting to wear a little thin on me. Not a lot of variation other than a few tricks. Everyone getting towed in, no critical take-off's.

Cant believe there's only 2 comments so far to this amazing visual, and both of them negative! Some of those waves are just magnificent, I haven't before witnessed anything like it. Tim has dedicated his whole life to cinematography and movie making. Some of his films are just pure poetry to watch with sensitivity and creativity. Tim has captured Lucas Chumbo ripping on these massive, heavy volume beasts, thanks Tim and Swellnet for bringing it to my desk. Much appreciated.
