Hi Flow....back is good.... it's the numbness in my foot and toe which is causing me grief surfing. Doesn't like the cold winter water at all. Hopefully by next winter it's improved.

Pretty good here thanks. Permanent numb big toe but doesn't really affect my surfing. I've finally got most of my flexibility back after doing childs pose daily. Still don't feel strong in my lower back but it's improving.

I've still got a numb spot on the bottom of my foot - which feels weird rocking off on cold mornings.
Yeah the numbness is weird. Mine is the whole top of my foot and big toe. Start cramping quickly in cold water.
Good to hear flow. Strength in your back will come back. Childs pose is a great stretch.
Surgeon told me that whatever numbness you have 12 months post op is permanent. Seemed pretty accurate.

A mistake? At best, it implies hugely embarrassing ignorance of one of the most important events in modern history by Trudeau and the whole Parliament.
