I had a copy of Bali, heaven and hell for years and for some reason it's vaporised. I've read it twice and it's well worth reading again. I went to buy a new copy, but my local bookshop tells me it's out of production.
Phil do you know where I could buy a paperback version from? Online is not yielding much, Amazon has one for $680 and I'm thinking I might have to rely on my memory at that price.
