So, our recently spell of east swell has certainly drawn to a close, and the focus has swung to the south, thanks to a strong frontal passage through the Tasman Sea.
Model guidance has increased projected wave heights for Tuesday and Wednesday, more inline with what my Friday notes suggested.

Onshore winds tomorrow with small surf, with a new W/SW swell for Wednesday as onshore winds continue in the South West. Easing weak swell Thursday and Friday with lighter improving winds. Large powerful W/SW groundswell building Saturday, peaking later but with terrible conditions.
