The coming forecast is tricky with varying swell pulses and winds, best for the South Coast from Tuesday. Windows on the Mid look limited.

We've got a fun swell with decent winds to end off the week ahead of a windy, stormy and poor weekend of surf.

A trough of low pressure off the Mid North Coast is located too far south and in the swell shadow of Fraser Island to generate any meaningful swell for the CQ region. As this system moves away we may see some tiny SE swells creep around the corner into the Capricorn channel but any size will be marginal at best.

Make the most of a building swell and favourable winds tomorrow before conditions and the surf goes poor Friday through next Tuesday.
