Nothing major this week with today's swell due to fade, replaced by weak local windswells. There's some improved potential for next week.
The run of small to tiny, weak swells is set to continue along with the troughy weather and periods of onshore winds.
A strong, great quality though inconsistent groundswell is on the way though a heat trough and developing low will bring varying winds across the state.
No let up in the onshore regime across the South Coast, though there are a couple of small windows for the keen, while the Mid Coast will be cleaner but mostly a tease.
The swells and winds for the coming period aren't especially good but there are windows of workable, fun waves for those with low expectations throughout the week and weekend.

We’ve got a period of small surf ahead, with the Tasman Sea expected to remain devoid of significant swell generating systems. Long term looks good though! More in the Forecaster Notes.
