Best Days: No decent days

Recap

Effectively flat conditions with great weather and offshores.

This weekend and next week (Aug 1 - 7)

The surf will remain flat through the weekend, and now even Tuesday's pulse of S'ly swell looks suspect, with the front generating it on Monday afternoon being to zonal and short-lived to generate any major size.

A small kick to 1-2ft maybe seen early Tuesday before fading into the afternoon and becoming tiny Wednesday again.

It now looks like we'll see a short-range increase in S'ly swell Thursday from a weakening cold front pushing up past us Wednesday evening and early Thursday morning. Size off this looks limited, along with poor winds.

Small levels of S'ly swell should persist through Friday and Saturday but with lingering winds from the southern quadrant. We'll have a closer look at this Monday though. Have a great weekend!
