Best Days: Exposed breaks every morning over the coming period

This week and next week (Oct 23 - 30)

Yesterday's good puse of S/SW groundswell has eased back into today, with exposed breaks the pick with early variable winds and the most size.

We'll see the swell back off further into tomorrow, with the morning the best before fresh E/SE trades kick in.

A fun new S/SW groundswell is due Saturday, produced by a broad but not overly strong polar frontal progression firing up south-west of WA earlier this week.

Inconsistent but good 6ft+ sets are due across exposed breaks all day, easing back slowly through Sunday and further Monday.

Unfortunately for the rest of the period there's nothing significant at all on the cards with a large blocking high dominating our swell window through the end of the week and weekend, only to be replaced by another block early next week.

Background S/SW groundswell should keep exposed breaks topped up with inconsistent 3-5ft, waves, a touch bigger Tuesday before easing away later next week.

In between the blocking highs, a healthy frontal system firing up under South Africa, should produce an inconsistent and small-medium sized SW groundswell for next weekend.

This swell should build Saturday to a very inconsistent 4-5ft across swell magnets, easing through Sunday.

Coming back to the winds from tomorrow, stronger E/SE trades are due to develop into Sunday, easing back slowly through next week, with the early mornings offering lighter more variable breezes.
