Bali's cultural melting pot is extending its tentacles beyond the surf schools of Kuta. Born in Belgium but raised in Bali, 16-year old Arpad Leclere is far from the steroptypical Euro learner, in fact he'd school most other surfers the same age irrespective of their background.
