Did any crew hit up the Foo Fighters gig at Kardinia Park last night? Just caught a bit of footage of it. Looked insaaaaane!! The great man Grohl gracing the same turf as the great Gary Abletts and Patty Dangerfield. R u kidding me!!??
I met Dave Grohl in an elevator once.
Was he rude to you?
I didn't actually meet him in an elevator Zen.
I first met him at the Nirvana gig at the Thebbie in the early 90s.
Kurt was on the nod but Dave was very friendly and up for a chat. I met him again the first time the Foo Fighters toured for the Soundwave show and I was surprised that he remembered me.

Alright, time for some discussion on what yr all listening too. My iTunes inventory is getting a little stale so I'm up for some inspiration.
Currently loving The Drones' album "Havilah".. incredible songwriting and some of the best recorded guitars and drum I've heard in a long time. I'm a little late to the party with this album but it's on high rotation at the moment and will probably stay there a while. I've seen these guys live once (Fowlers, Adelaide) and fortunately they're incredible on stage too. Can't wait to see them again.
