Surf Culture Question
Hi there,
I'm Dan Tatara, a college student.
I study Surf Science & Technology at Cornwall College (with a possible progression to Environmental Resource Management final year at Newquay). Spatial diffusion is a big topic in the local beachside carparks around here too.
I thought it was just a local thing.
Surfers are as different from coast to coast and even spot to spot as people are Surfclay. Pretty broad criteria you have proposed.
That is interesting - Holt’s surfing thesis.
50 pages in ....time to get wet and then will gladly delve into it again later.

The specific focus of my proposed research will be on how surf culture differs from location to location. How would you describe the surf culture in your local spot? What makes it special? This is an open ended question.
