WSL CT Wave Pools vs Pipe (Exclusive)
This is another Taboo that all dance around!

M/W competed in all 5 wavepool comps
Avg Finals Wave Scores : Men = 8.30 (vs) Women 8.32
There ya have it & tbb bets none are shocked...
In fact the men also scored the lowest 2 throwaway Diva Board Toss Scores.
Chix Boards / Athleticism is superior to men on Mankind's perfect playing field.
Several Reasons being...
*Younger
*Supple / Smaller-Limbs / Lighter (Lower centre of gravity) when landing in shallow water at speed
*Less Women = More competitive
*Look & present more attractive to judges!

Backtrack to ongoing research...to lay out objective overview of Venues.
Sports where women excel to outscore men
Why : Small limbs / Cushioned Low centre of Gravity = Better Balance & Grip > Air Speed on Impact
Note : Not usually Free Style Natural Strength Routines but just add the dullard apparatus assist.
Strictly Formatted measured graded routines like practiced Cheer Routines > Repeat Routines.

Mostly as tbb has seen chix throw heats so we expect some evil sister bout...Wot to look for!

Not just one but several factors instantly flooded the field...Whoah!
Once tbb knew what to look for...then it all fell into place...rather quickly...Ok! That's darn obvious.

(Part 3) Winds of Change

Highest Women's Winning Scores were held in blustery Offshore Winds...(Ready Apparent)
Overwhelming immediate Factor without contest...it makes sense as this is the overpowering wave factor!
So Yes! Hell Yes...should've been obvious from the start...the elephant in the room...excuse tbb for that!
Further examination reveals closer to Winter = 20-30knt Howling Offshore Winds on Reef breaks

SLSA safely utilizes higher Tide channels for Chix Paddle Out Iron-women Events.
Despite known reef breaks many Chix comps were in slightly fuller tides with real stiff offshore wind.
Can't be sure on tides but the Reefs seem to have more than less water during Chix high score heats.
Like we see Reef & hear the commentary but ...not seeing real nasty chunky drainers.

Many more paired heats of smaller framed women has less impact under stronger winds
* Compact low centre of gravity is less wind impacted
* Shorter Board is less wind affected & rewards more low weighted leg drive
* Wind / Tide directs wave to a Perfect Pitch Point > Reduces Paddle time / Wave reading skill
* Better chance of choosing less but higher scoring waves.
* With all waves striking the sweet spot it cuts out any chance of poor wave choice
* Wave length is short but sweet for clarity with less side tracking of optional intent
* Incoming Wave is slowed down to allow ample Coaching technique, preparation and planning
Similar to a high diver plotting the ride as it approaches. (Each M/F surfer is granted equal lull time)
A blustery offshore high tide reef is a near manufactured equal ocean opportunity.
But a lighter smaller surfer having speed & air time advantage as a faster rising smaller Woman Vaulter.

(Pause) Offshore Winds on a mid tided Reef negate 100% Comp hassle factor > Wave lands in yer lap!
Very similar to a turnstyle wavepool comp.

Right from the get go The Diva Surfer is now an Actor on a stage...with time on her side & set lines!
Pipe is for the Fuckin' Girls...(Own the Stage as a Bully in a playground!)
Pretty sure that statement reads Chix are finally feeling that contrived orchestrated seat of power.
Anything and everything is equally possible in the Postcard freeze frame...Wish you were here!

* Make an ultra easy late Vert drop & deep carving bottom turn look ever so Dramatic
* Wave flow itself invites & rewards contrived drawn out longer arcing lower fuller complete turns
* More time to Line up goldie locks open barrels where larger frames can't squeeze into!
* Smaller frame suits & fits longer scoring high tided rabbit hole barrels
* Miles of time to prepare for yer slo-mo exaggerated airy fairy Reef Close out re-entry.
* Wind reduces the Lip impact on part shallow Pool / Reef
* Lighter smaller / women surfers can exaggerate pretentious edge of yer seat Hang / Float time
* Smaller frame can slow and tumble roll in part filled Pool / Reef without impact (Go For it!)
* So a fairly easy delayed but dramatic looking close out reef drainer maneuver assures higher scores

Chix have a far greater repertoire in Offshore blasted High Tided Puffy Cloud Bursts.

This is exactly what judges love...a perfectly ridden slo-mo wave that looks dramatically powerful.
Free to reward technical 10's without fault or question on picture perfect postcard dream tour waves
Almost like watching a Slo-mo Top Pro Best Hits Surf Vid.
So much so...then Yes...These highest Score Chix heats share bold looking offshore combed Reefs.
But to be honest on closer inspection look rather tame between sets & slow to approach.
We often see these ultra long lulls bookend these highly padded picture perfect scoring heats...
Olympic Teahupoo comes to mind...(Gold) Tropical Oasis > (Silver) Hell hole of Pacific
Just one extra wave of moderate Size & it's the highest scoring heat as it's being surfed! All know it!

Flip to most recent Pipe Reef Chix Final eg / 2025 Chix Pipe : [SF/2] 17.67 / 16.13 > [F] 7.70 / 3.94
Next > Mens [F] 17.97 (vs) 17.97 (It's that fickle it is!) These scores could easily reverse!
It shows WSL intent to mandate Chix Showcase scores but fall short by 1 Heat...(So close!)
It also shows how easy it is to Timetable these High Chix Scores by grooming Offshore Conditions.
Whilst WSL chix have 1-2 spare days they can line up & own their high score Dreamtime Heats...
But as more Chix come on Tour > They have less opportunity to lock in these high score sessions!

Almost as if it were a Wavepool of which also boasts wild offshore winds for highest chix scores.
Can't help but notice...the judges are rewarding pretentious Classic Slow-Mo Faultless Surf Vids.
So it's more about WSL crafting the Perfect Postcard Frame for Chix to Shine. (Hit'n'miss)
But come Start of Winter...all the Chix dux line up more often > with a run of these higher scores!
So by adding more Seasonal Offshore breaks they can still contrive higher Chix scores...Got It!

The more dreamy yer Tour the more these chix will boss their lil' pro bros! Squish them like bugs!
