The anchored E’ly fetch south of New Caledonia and Fiji over the last few days is generating a minor bump in size that should arrive overnight, and show best early Thursday morning.
The models have slightly strengthened the NE fetch off the Hunter/Mid North Coast on Friday afternoon and evening, and with some luck the associated swell increase will persist into Saturday morning.
A small increase in N/NE swell through the day Friday with improving winds from mid-afternoon.
Easing W/SW swell tomorrow and further Friday, with a late increase in new W/SW swell later Saturday ahead of a stronger S/SW swell Sunday and Monday.
Onshore and building mid-period SW swell tomorrow, with a large powerful W/SW groundswell for Friday with S/SE winds in the South West. Cleaner but half the size Saturday. Another good W/SW swell for early next week.

Small N/NE groundswell tomorrow afternoon and Wednesday across the North Shore, with a better NW groundswell Thursday and XL swell later Friday/Saturday. Lots of swell for Micronesia and PNG, likely large mid-late next week.
The models have marginally increased the size and strength of the anchored trade flow south of Fiji and New Caledonia for this week, which will maintain small levels of east swell right through into the weekend.
