I though we’d seen a few complex synoptic charts over the last month or so, but the current outlook takes the cake.
Fun S'ly groundswell tomorrow, fading Wednesday with a small kick in E/NE groundswell. Large S'ly groundswell for Friday, best as it eases Saturday mixed with a NE windswell.
We’ve got waves from just about everywhere this week.
Lots of swell this week, large on Friday with favourable winds.
Good winds but no swell over the coming days. New swell later in the week with average winds, with a larger swell on Sunday as winds improve.
Good pulses of S/SW groundswell, largest Friday as winds improve. Clean easing surf over the weekend.
Good SW groundswell tomorrow but with onshore winds, with better windows of winds Wednesday and Thursday mornings as the swell slowly eases. Large S/SW groundswell Friday but cleanest as it eases Saturday.
We’ve got a multitude of swell sources on the cards from every quadrant of our swell window, but I suppose with all eyes on the Gold Coast for the Quiksilver Pro kicking off Sunday, I’d be best off honing in on the obvious.
Wow, what a dynamic week in store for Southern NSW. In fact the whole East Coast looks really exciting from a forecasting point of view right now.
