Peak in SW groundswell tomorrow morning with offshore winds, poor Sunday and then a similar sized SW swell for Monday morning with SE breezes. Easing and cleaner Tuesday.
The Mid Coast will see wave the whole period, best on the incoming tide each day. The South Coast will also be fun from tomorrow through Monday, with onshores to follow.
Clean conditions early tomorrow with a fun swell on both coasts, growing bigger through Sunday but with SE winds. Best Monday as the swell eases with decent winds most of the day. More W/SW swell is due next week with varying winds.
The trades have been inactive of late so we’re not expecting much new energy out of the east; a minor flow is developing south of New Caledonia today and we’ll see a small uptick into Sunday (ahead of slightly bigger surf early next week).
Freshening NE winds on Monday will generate peaky NE windswells throughout the day day should hold into Tuesday
Easing large swell tomorrow, with a new oversized NW swell Saturday. XL Monday morning but with NE winds. Cleaner Tuesday with large levels of N'ly swell.
Small swells will pad out the rest of the working week. Though conditions should be workable with mainly light variable winds.
Although the models did pretty well with today’s short period S’ly swell, I reckon they’ve undervalued tomorrow’s S’ly groundswell.
Small inconsistent S/SE swell for the coming days, fading on the weekend and possibly back early next week.
