Today’s SE swell will initially ease back in size, and ahead of the change we’ll see light to moderate NW winds, so there’ll be great waves across the beaches.
Building S'ly windswell and E'ly groundswell later in the day tomorrow, peaking Friday morning with an offshore wind. Swell easing into Saturday ahead of a new SE pulse Sunday morning. Further developments due later next week.
Model guidance has marginally sped up the arrival of the southerly change on Thursday morning so it looks like our final pulse of SE swell will largely go to waste.
