Best Days: No good days

Recap

Slight kick in N/NE windswell yesterday but not surfable, while today was again tiny to flat, but south facing beaches should of picked up a small kick in S'ly swell this afternoon (although with fresh NE sea breezes).

This week and weekend (Oct 8 - 11)

Any small kick in S'ly swell this afternoon is expected to fade through tomorrow from 1-2ft max at south swell magnets, tiny elsewhere. Conditions will be clean early before a strong N/NE'ly develops.

For the rest of the period there's nothing significant on the cards at all with tiny amounts of refracted S'ly swell mixed in with some tiny N/NE swell.

Longer term a weak surface trough moving across the state and offshore on Tuesday should kick up a weak S'ly windswell but to no major size. A S'ly groundswell behind this for Wednesday may be stronger, but we'll review this again on Friday.
