Critical barrel riding can be a straightforward affair. Literally. No dramatic turns or wild body contortions to confuse the matter just stillness and subtlety. Get it right and it's Zen. 'When the entire body is the eye, while seeing you do not see. When the entire body is the mind, when thinking you do not think.'

That laughter you're hearing is Jughead Allport's, the fella behind the lens who is usually the one going over the falls at this spot. It's good to see someone else bring the pain.
