Dodging the flat spell
Aside from a brief one-and-a-half day burst the Sunshine Coast has been getting the raw end of the deal this Spring. Abject flatness has been the order of the day, week and month.
Recently, fleet-footed Sunny Coast surfer, Ben Nothling, picked up stumps and headed to Fiji for his swell fix. It was a wise move with two weeks of pumping waves at Tavarua Rights, Cloudbreak and a host of other waves on offer.
