Schiffer actually has TWO full-time professional Public Relations publicists working on the promotion - one for USA/CAN/MEX and one for the Rest of the World.
They entrusted me with Australia /NZ as they said it wasn't very important in the scheme of things and the posh UK lady said those semi-feral savages whom are descended from convicts can't read anyway.
I explained that NZ (and South Australia) were "colonies of free settlement" and not convicts, but she didn't seem interested.
The Nile seems like they have a good full-Aussie non-Amazon, fuck Jeff Bezos programme, so go ahead and place your preorders with them - cheers, mates!
We're all mates here, correct?

Can you go elsewhere with your book peddling and bullshit trips please John?
This is a book review / discussion forum , not a flea-market.
Are you a subscriber or is this just free marketing? Seriously, buy an ad. Give the swellnet crew some revenue.

If it's not so important then why do you invest so much energy here?
It's like a never-ending infomercial.
Bugger off.

Not sure if the infomercial is having the desired effect.
I was thinking about buying a quality surf book for my BiL for Xmas. He’s a legend.
But I’m not buying JCs book. He comes across as a flog.
What’s more, if I were to wander past a bookshop that had them on display I would probably take a minute to peruse them and place them back in a non-visible spot, perhaps under a couple of property law textbooks or something unlikely to get picked up often.

You want " the search for captain zero ".
Hey gang, I've recently gotten into surfing and I am looking to find a good book or two that will introduce me to this world a little better.
It doesn't really matter what genre it is, I'm just keen for any insight into the beautiful and often mystical world of surfing.
Cheers!
