Was at the op shop today, and there was a shortie Rip Curl wetsuit with the round collar and original logo that looked as though it was one of the first. It's in mint condition. Any idea if there are many collectors out there? Any idea on a price?
Hope you bought it.

I was looking for boogie board fins for my boy and came across it.
Went back Udo. Columbus took a chance. $10
Tuck it away might be worth some $ for your boy one day.
Got a pic of it ? Some one might be able to give you an idea of its age .
I will tuck it away Udo, thanks for the tip.
I tried to paste it here but couldn't. I put up as my profile. Not a great pic as it was downsized to fit it says.
Looks like a front zip. Is that right Murph?
Yes. It has the persons name in it, but I would swear he never wore it the condition it is in.
I follow my surfboard history, but I never really dug deep to see what kind of wetsuit culture there is out there.
Looks like a ski suit ...ultra short arms and legs compared to a surfing spring suit.
Doh! $10 down the drain.
Hang in there Murph, the collectable ski suit market is ready to boom;)
They have a small but powerful lobby group I hear.
No problem getting on, but I almost couldn't get out of it.
