Many people considers that foamy ear plugs provide the best protection for ears. Did you agree ... with this ? If yes... please justify your answers...

I use EQ Seals. They keep out the water but do not block all of the sound.

yep their exy but I tried two different cheaper ones first and didn't like them and figured that $60 was cheaper than ear surgery as I am getting bad exostosis
