Here's some images from sunday the 13th. I'm not a surfer and come from a landscape photography background so they're a little different to the norm..but the changable light conditions meant there was plenty of opportunities.

Here's my FB page if you want to check out any of my other stuff.

Nice work Mr Four Hills! For a landscape photog you take great surf shots.

If you take any more surf shots - action, empties, whatever as long as there's waves in frame - feel free to send them through to me: [email protected]

I can run them in a Swellnet Session and push your FB page at the same time.

Nice work Josh, can we have the GPS readings on where you took those shots, me and 1/2 the surfers on the mainland want to hit those pristine waves sometime soon.

Stu, you are beyond redemption.

I refer readers to a deceased national treasure, gentleman and master photographer .... a proud Tasmanian, some of Peter's images help save the wild rivers and places of Tasmania.

To the "1/2 the surfers on the mainland" its the Hobart points. As I am not living in Hobart anymore, please feel free to go and crowd them out.

Its no secret spot they are on wannasurf.

But they are fickle. Maybe only work 5 times a year. You either have to be there when its not predicted and get lucky or if you get the forecast more than 4 days out you will see at least 3 times the number of people as in the photos.
You will also need head to toe rubber if you go there between now and September.
