'Never Town' East Coast shows
Later this week Patagonia are doing a short East Coast run of their surf dissident movie, Never Town. Though it was released online earlier this year, the crew at Pata have turned the live screenings of Never Town into communal events. Rather than sit home alone with headphones on, why not head out and stir up the spirit of kinship? It still exists.
Dates, times, and locations:
- Wednesday 15th August – Illawarra Brewery, Wollongong - hosted by Finbox Supply Co.
- Thursday 16th August – The Bucket List, Bondi
- Friday 17th August – Avoca Beach Picture Theatre, Avoca
- Saturday 18th August – Majestic Cinemas, Port Macquarie
The Bondi and Avoca shows are supporting the campaign against the proposed Newcastle-Sydney gasfield and the associated seismic testing.
All events are free of charge but tickets need to be secured via Eventbrite. It takes but a moment to organise.

Hi Stu > last time you posted this link, where they were looking for sites, I followed the link to Patagonia and offered to organise a night with their film for the benefit of significant local environmental campaign. That was in early June, I didn't get a reply from Patagonia to my 1st, 2nd or 3rd emails. So I gave up.. Thought you'd want to know. > RR
