A medium to large sized S/SW groundswell built through yesterday but conditions were poor in the South West, while Perth and Gero offered cleaner conditions with more offshore winds.

Best Days: Friday: chance for a peaky short range S/SE swell with offshore winds. Saturday/Sunday: building S/SE swell but with tricky winds (probably OK early morning in some locations). Monday - Wednesday: low confidence but should see some form of SE swell across the region.

Tiny surf has padded out the last few days, but a slight lift in SW groundswell has been seen today to 1-2ft across Clifton. A shallow change has since moved through creating bumpy conditions.

A slow increase in SW groundswell was seen across the South Coast as winds remained offshore all day, opening up plenty of options from Goolwa to Parsons. The Mid Coast saw a tiny W/SW swell to 1ft+ or so but conditions deteriorated during the day with a freshening N'ly.

Yesterday started off small to tiny across most of the state but clean with local offshores from the N'th and these freshened during the day as the swell slowly increased.
Best Days: Every day over the coming period, with the most size seen late Thursday/Friday morning and next Tuesday

After a fun pulse of S/SW groundswell over the weekend, we're back to small surf today, but there's a couple of good pulses due through this week and into the weekend.

Recap: Steadily improving (albeit easing) surf all weekend, with generally light winds. Similar through into this morning with winds now clocking around to the SE this afternoon.

The weekend was poor surf-wise with onshore winds and a building swell through Saturday afternoon that peaked Sunday. Today cleaner conditions were seen across the state but the swell dropped rapidly with onshores persisting in the South West.

The weekend saw fun waves across the South Coast with a light variable and offshore wind Saturday morning and good sized swell for Waits and Parsons, while Sunday was smaller but cleaner for longer with offshores persisting all morning.
